First arrests and manhunt for vehicle

While the fire-fighting operations following the attack in a Moscow concert hall were still ongoing, the police had already arrested several people outside the building. 

A video (see below) shows a man being led into a police van. The Telegram channel Baza reported that law enforcement authorities are searching for a white limousine in which the terrorists are believed to have fled. 

All public events canceled
Due to the terrorist attack in Moscow, all public events planned for this weekend in the greater Moscow area have been canceled. Museums and theaters will also remain closed. This also applies to the Stavropol, Murmansk, St. Petersburg, Vologda and Kursk regions as well as North Ossetia.

Police find "unknown black box" in St. Petersburg
Due to the terrorist attack in Moscow, a concert in the city of St. Petersburg was canceled and shopping centers in St. Petersburg and Moscow were evacuated. According to reports on Russian Telegram channels, the police in St. Petersburg also discovered an "unknown black box" in the evacuated Galereya shopping center. A bomb disposal squad is on site, according to reports.
