"Recently, Michelle flew to the Maldives on vacation with her daughters and her manager, without her partner," according to People magazine. Another short vacation followed - again no sign of Alessandro Carollo.

The couple are said to have failed because of their long-distance relationship. He lives in Rome, she in Milan.
