Burgenland “godfather sheep” at the start of the season

The Schweizerhaus is open again. Hundreds of hungry people stormed the traditional restaurant yesterday. As always, the first was a Golser.

Matthias Achs, who is 2 meters 3, has been a regular at the Schweizerhaus for 20 years. Every Tuesday, when his restaurant in Gols is closed, he heads for the Prater. On the first day, he is always the first to cross the gate. Yesterday he brought a special gift for boss Hanni Kolarik, who awaits her "Long Golser" every year.

"Hanni is such a sheep lover that she went on vacation to New Zealand because there are so many sheep there," says Achs. His gift for the Schweizerhaus landlady: a sponsorship of a Podersdorf camera sheep, which - how could it be otherwise - is called Hanni. The two-legged Hanni was delighted and promised to visit the little sheep and big Matthias soon.
