Traiskirchen's Kleer
“Don’t have to force anything anymore”
Coach Hans Kleer continues to cause a sensation with Traiskirchen in the Eastern Football League. The 54-year-old is happy with his job at FCM, but leaves the future open. On Friday, his team will face Marchfeld in a hit.
The departure of goalscorer Salko Mujanovic seems to have bounced off eastern league club Traiskirchen. They started the spring with a 2-0 win over TWL Elektra and a 2-2 draw at Wr. Viktoria - putting them fourth in the table! Coach Hans Kleer nods: "The development is right!"
Especially from new signing Jude Ndumu, who scored a brace against Toni Polster's side. "He's settled in well here and is really getting stuck in." While Mujanovic, who scored 16 times in the fall, is still waiting for his first competitive goal after three games at cooperative club Amdira. "The jump to the 2nd division is not without its challenges," says Kleer, "but I am convinced that he will show his quality."
Traiskirchen's quality will be in demand on Friday at home against Marchfeld. Kleer puts the brakes on ahead of the match. "Because there are experienced players there, a tough opponent awaits," says the 54-year-old, who went from master to teacher in Traiskirchen, pushing talent development. Does a job further "up" still appeal to him? "I can imagine it, but I don't have to force it anymore," says the coach. "I'm happy here."
