304 flights on hold
Another strike at AUA next Thursday
Next Thursday, AUA passengers will have to worry about their flights again: the works council has postponed the meeting planned for this Friday until next week. In principle, 304 flights with 31,000 travelers were scheduled.
It is not yet clear which flights will be canceled. This is due to the fact that the union and the representatives of the cabin crew have not yet announced exactly when the meeting will take place and how long it will last, the AUA management criticizes. It is therefore not yet possible to plan or inform the affected passengers.
This Friday, as reported, 12,800 passengers were unable to take off as planned. The behavior of the works council is therefore also part of the action for injunctive relief brought by AUA. Meetings may legally only take place in such a way that customers are harmed as little as possible, argues the Management Board.
Passengers who have booked flights for March 14 should therefore now regularly check online or via app to see whether their connection is affected.
