Sixth win in a row for the Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers have become the first team in the North American ice hockey league NHL to reach the 90-point mark. The Panthers defeated the New Jersey Devils 5-3 in Newark on Tuesday and spoiled Travis Green's coaching debut at the helm of the Devils. 

Green was promoted from assistant to head coach after parting ways with Lindy Ruff the day before.

Florida celebrated its sixth win in a row and is currently the highest scoring team in the league after winning 16 of its last 18 games. Sam Reinhart scored his 45th goal of the season, only Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs is ahead of the Florida forward with 53 goals.
