Kaprisow shines

Rossi and Minnesota end losing streak

After three defeats in a row, Marco Rossi has found his way back to winning ways with the Minnesota Wild. His team-mate Kirill Kaprisow shone in particular.

Thanks to three goals from Kirill Kaprisov, the Minnesota Wild have secured a 4-3 home win against the San Jose Sharks in the National Hockey League. The Russian made it 2-2 and 3-3 on Sunday before completing his hat-trick with his 29th goal of the season four minutes before the final buzzer.

Minnesota bounced back after three consecutive defeats. Marco Rossi was unable to add to the scoring stats; the Vorarlberg native saw 18:22 minutes of ice time and fired four shots on goal.
