Burglars steal several gold bars from a house

Did they know about it or was it a fluke? In any case, burglars made a big haul in the Tyrolean village of Nassereith on Sunday night. In addition to other valuables, several gold bars fell into the thieves' hands. The damage is enormous. 

The police are keeping a lid on exactly how the burglars got into the detached house in the village of Nassereith in the Tyrolean Oberland with a population of 2,300. What they wanted there, however, is clear. The as yet unknown perpetrators searched the premises and found what they were looking for.

Amount of damage "considerable amount in euros"
Several gold bars hidden in a room fell into the hands of the burglars. They also got hold of cash and gold jewelry. Investigators from the Tyrolean police speak of a "considerable five-digit euro amount" in connection with the amount of damage. There is no trace of the perpetrators so far. "The investigation is ongoing", they say.
