California: Dead after shooting at dental practice

A 29-year-old man has shot dead three people and injured two others in a dental practice in El Cajon in the US state of California. 

El Cajon police said they were searching for a man named Mohammad A. after the incident in the city near the San Diego metropolis.

The 29-year-old was arrested a short time later. He was described as "armed and dangerous".

It is still unclear whether the attacker knew his victims. The two injured people were taken to hospital and are in a stable condition.
