"Richter" breathes a sigh of relief
Europe’s oldest children’s shoe company is saved
"Stumbling is part of life, Richter keeps going" - this is the message Ferdinand Richter GmbH & Co KG left on its website to reassure customers. Since Thursday, it has been clear that the oldest children's shoe manufacturer in Europe has indeed emerged from the insolvency proceedings in good shape. The restructuring plan has been accepted.
Under the motto "Step by step into the future", Ferdinand Richter GmbH & Co KG lets visitors to its website know that "Europe's oldest and most traditional children's shoe company will continue to exist". The homepage also states: "We are working hard to be able to offer you the usual service again soon."
Following the restructuring plan hearing at the Regional Court for Civil Matters in Graz, an important step seems to have been taken towards returning to the usual service. The restructuring plan of the company, which has its official headquarters in Schärdinger Straße in Pasching, was accepted.
