Radkersburg: Investors get a taste for it
Once located in the last corner, now in the middle of Europe: Bad Radkersburg has long been in the fast lane, with tourists and spa guests now accounting for 650,000 overnight stays a year. Now prominent investors are also discovering the charming border town on the Mur.
While people are still skiing in the north of the country, Radkersburg's main square has long been the place to meet for a coffee in the sun among the oleander bushes. It is not only the Mediterranean climate that makes the south-eastern Styrian border town a feel-good place, the historic buildings, including the well-preserved town wall and the abundance of greenery, also contribute to the special flair.
