Diving tower now shines in new splendor

Spring can come! It took seven weeks to renovate the tower at Salzburg's Leopoldskron outdoor pool, and now you can jump from a great height into the cold water again.

Jump free - as soon as the pool is filled with water again. After seven weeks, the diving tower shines again in new splendor. The diving platforms were recoated, workers treated exposed elements against rust and replaced broken concrete parts.

The city spent 90,000 euros on the renovation. According to experts, the stability of the diving platform was only guaranteed for 2025, at which point it would have had to be closed. This is now no longer an issue for at least five years.
