This Sunday, around 59 million eligible voters will elect the new German Bundestag. After the premature end of the coalition between the SPD, Greens and FDP, the signs are pointing to change: the CDU/CSU is the clear favorite, while Chancellor Scholz's party (SPD) could lose around a third of its voters.
