Worth seeing! Rapid player shines with dream goal in derby

Great cinema! Rapids' Mamadou Sangare and Austrias Dominik Fitz caused a sensation with two dream goals in the Vienna derby. 

In the 30th minute, Louis Schaub moved into the center from the right. His shot was blocked, but then landed with Sangere, who "picked up" the ball himself once again and finished beautifully with a side-footed shot into the bottom right corner to make it 1:0 for Rapid. It was Sangere's first Bundesliga goal for the Green-Whites.

The 22-year-old Mali international had been in the spotlight several times during the winter transfer window. At the beginning of February, Rapid finally made it clear: Sangare was "not for sale". He proved once again in the derby just how valuable he is to the Hütteldorfer.

But the jubilation did not last long. In the 41st minute, Jonas Auer fouled Reinhold Ranftl in the penalty area. The penalty was converted by Dominik Fitz, one of Austria's finest players.

And Fitz followed up immediately after the break: The 25-year-old converted a free-kick from an acute angle from the left-hand side to make it 2:1 for Austria - another goal to make you click your tongue!
