A bizarre fun activity: London dropped its pants!

During a cold spell, of all times, a number of Londoners dared to go outside in their underpants. During the annual "No Trousers Tube Ride", people travel through the city on the subway once a year without any worries. 

Some participants surprised us with unusual underwear in bright colors or humorous prints. The organizers had called for participants to wear inconspicuous underwear - as if they had just forgotten their trousers.

In London and many other parts of the UK, a white coat of hoar frost covered houses, streets and vehicles overnight. In Scotland, the lowest temperature for 15 years was recorded at minus 18.9 degrees at the weekend.

However, the participants in "No Trousers Tube Day" were not deterred by the icy temperatures. The trend actually started in New York as the "No Pants Subway Ride". However, while New Yorkers have since abandoned it, the campaign is still going strong in London.
