“Child spies” to check tobacconists
Vienna wants to tighten up the protection of minors, especially when it comes to nicotine consumption. To this end, young people are to act as mystery shoppers to tempt tobacconists in particular, but also staff in alcohol sales outlets. These are not the only tightening measures that Vienna is planning for the protection of minors.

However, the sales outlets are also to be "sensitized" - by young test buyers on behalf of the Vienna Addiction and Drug Coordination.
