Carrera is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and to mark this big birthday of the world market leader in the slot car segment, we at the "Krone" are giving away a Carrera racing track set together with Carrera 

60 years ago in 1963, Hermann Neuhierl started a success story with the production of the first car racing tracks with the production of the "Carrera System". Since then, Carrera has been known far beyond the borders of Europe for detailed replicas of racing and sports cars as well as exciting racetracks for young and old.

Driving fun in the miniature version
Many people all over the world have grown up with Carrera racetracks and have developed a love of cars. After more than 60 years, the toy manufacturer Carrera, founded in Austria, still stands for fun for young and old. In keeping with this, Carrera has relaunched a highlight of the 80s onto the market: the Carrera Retro Grand Prix Set.

Three legendary cars from the 80s compete on the 9.3 meter long racetrack. The Lancia Beta Montecarlo Turbo, the chic blue and yellow Porsche Kremer 935 K3 and the Ford Capri Zakspeed Turbo. The lane can be changed at the touch of a button and the speed and braking effect can be set individually for each car.
