Official: Sturm has a new sports director!

Now it's official: Sturm Graz has a new sports director! Michael Parensen, most recently technical director at Union Berlin, will succeed Andreas Schicker, who, like coach Christian Ilzer, has joined TSG Hoffenheim.

"The ink is dry! Michael Parensen will be our new sporting director - welcome to Graz," announced the Bundesliga leaders on Thursday morning.

Sturm will present the new head of sport to the media at a press conference. President Jauk and Managing Director of Economics Thomas Tebbich will also be on hand to answer questions.
