Pedestrian hit by truck: seriously injured

A horrific accident occurred in Klagenfurt on Monday afternoon. A truck crashed into a pedestrian - the seriously injured man was taken to the LKH.

A tragic accident occurred late on Monday afternoon near the Südring. "A truck collided with a pedestrian for unknown reasons", is how the police describe this terrible collision.  

The scene of this shocking collision is located between Gerberweg and Kirchengasse. Stadlweg is currently closed at the level of the southern waste collection point. The pedestrian was seriously injured and taken to Klagenfurt Regional Hospital by ambulance. More detailed information is not yet available.
