According to a document filed on Thursday, Nadella received around 71 million dollars in share awards. In 2023, he had received share awards amounting to 39 million dollars.

According to the documents, Nadella's cash compensation of 5.2 million dollars was less than the 10.7 million dollars to which he was entitled. Due to several cybersecurity breaches reported during the financial year, Nadella had asked for a reduction.
