Worker fell because scaffolding broke

A worker in Buch in Tyrol had to be taken to hospital on Monday with serious injuries. The man fell while painting because scaffolding broke. 

According to the police, the accident happened shortly after 9 a.m. on a construction site in Buch. The worker from Bosnia was standing on scaffolding and was busy painting. For unknown reasons, the scaffolding broke and the Bosnian fell around four meters.

After the fall, the worker was trapped under debris from the scaffolding. First aiders freed the seriously injured man and the ambulance took him to hospital in Schwaz.
