19-year-old Bosnian steals car to drive home

The police were able to solve the theft of a car in Salzburg in just two days. On October 12, a car was reported stolen from the sports field in Plainfeld. It has now emerged: A 19-year-old Bosnian wanted to drive home quickly and stole the car without further ado. 

On October 12, an unknown perpetrator stole a car from a sports field in Plainfeld. Following a tip-off from the public, officers finally found the car in Radstadt. The thief, a 19-year-old Bosnian, was at the stolen vehicle.

The car thief confessed immediately. But the motive is quite curious: he said he wanted to drive home immediately after a soccer match in Plainfeld. But his friends wanted to stay longer at the soccer ground.

So he decided to steal a car, went into the changing room, took a car key from a rucksack, opened the car and drove home. The Bosnian will be charged at large.
