Krankl smiles: “Klauß didn’t call”

On Saturday, the Viennese cult band Monti Beton around Goleador Hans Krankl rocked Klagenfurt. Before their performance, the former soccer legend and his two colleagues spoke to krone.at sports director Michael Fally not only about music, but of course also about today's Vienna derby (see video above).

Krankl already has a solution to the fact that Rapid currently has a personnel bottleneck at striker, as he notes with a grin: "The three of us would be available, but (Rapid coach Robert, note) Klauß hasn't called." However, Krankl and his team-mates also had "no valid player's passports, that would no longer work out in terms of time".

It was a successful evening in Klagenfurt. Organized by Ralph Schader, the visitors - including "Krone" winners - were able to enjoy a culinary and musical event at the "Seepark Resort" hotel.
