"My focus is 100 percent on the senior national team. There have never been any demands on my part, I am fully occupied with my job," said the German on Thursday evening in Ljubljana.

The youth teams were the responsibility of sporting director Peter Schöttel, while the planned reforms were the responsibility of president Klaus Mitterdorfer, Rangnick emphasized.

The 66-year-old described speculation that he is seeking more influence within the association as "rumors" and "fairy tales".
