His working day ended in the Salzburg accident hospital! A concrete element came loose from the ceiling on a construction site in Saalbach-Hinterglemm on Wednesday and fell on a 35-year-old Pinzgauer. He trapped his leg. He was unable to free himself. 

An excavator had to lift the heavy concrete block in order to rescue the injured man. The rescue helicopter flew to the hospital. The labor inspectorate is investigating the exact course of the accident. It is assumed that the piece of concrete may have come loose because a side wall was not connected to the ceiling above by means of iron in the concrete.
