The 18th edition of the Vienna Night Run on September 26 is about even more important things than top performances!

A lap of Vienna's beautiful Ringstrasse in a night-time atmosphere. There are few more beautiful backdrops for a 5-kilometer run.

For this alone, it is well worth registering for the 18th Vienna Night Run on September 26.

Reasons to take part in this event
But there are even better reasons to take part in this event. Because it is also a run against climate change and focuses on sustainability, with the following activities:

• One mangrove tree will be planted per participant. This means that, for the first time, more CO² emissions will be absorbed than emitted.
• Instead of plastic bottles, Viennese spring water will be served in biodegradable cornstarch cups.
• If you choose not to wear the official running jersey, a second tree will be planted. Simply click on "I will not wear my running shirt and donate a 2nd tree" when registering.

Please arrive by public transport or bicycle
The organizers also ask that you travel by public transport or bicycle and that you have a water cup refilled at the finish instead of using a second one.
