What do you do if you have a problem finding an appointment to view an apartment and still want to give the interested party access to the desired date? Armin Huremagic, Laura Kaltenbrunner and Alexander Jürgens have developed flamengo, a digital access system, for precisely such cases.

"It makes the hectic pace of life history," says the trio, who want to simplify the rental and sales business from Linz and make it more efficient.

Strategic partners have been acquired in the form of RE/MAX offices and IMMOCENTRAL, and flamengo systems are now in use in several federal states, enabling contactless viewings. Property management companies are also helped by the fact that appointments with tradesmen, for example, can be handled more easily.

How did the idea for flamengo come about? Kaltenbrunner, Huremagic and Jürgens met an estate agent while looking for an office, who revealed that he was making fewer and fewer appointments in person, usually just handing over the keys, but often getting them back late.
