Knocked out after “shots”: bar owner abused woman

A 35-year-old owner of a bar in Innsbruck pleaded "not guilty" in court, saying that he had merely sat the completely drunk woman on a chair in the back room of his bar as a precaution. The public prosecutor's office has a different version. The accusations are serious.

The public accusation was completely different: the woman had drunk two "shots" on December 23, 2023, which she said "tasted funny". From this point onwards, she had no memory of the incident.

Numerous DNA traces
What must have happened afterwards, however, is proven by numerous DNA traces in the vaginal and anal area, which can be proven to have come from the accused. According to the public prosecutor's office in Innsbruck, the restaurateur from the Dominican Republic drugged the Spanish woman with knockout drops and then abused the defenceless woman.

Second accusation concerns a brawl
The man is currently in custody for another offense and was also charged with grievous bodily harm on Monday for breaking a man's nose in front of his restaurant. Non-final sentence: 30 months in prison and a total of 4000 euros in compensation for pain and suffering.
