Stayed in hotels, cheated on the bill: Couple exposed!

A couple apparently had a really good time in hotels in the Tyrolean lowlands for almost two weeks. Then they made off without paying. Now the police have been able to unmask the Germans.

Between the beginning and middle of July, the couple stayed in two hotels in the districts of Kitzbühel and Kufstein. They obviously had no desire to pay for the services.

This resulted in a loss in the low five-figure euro range.

The couple is said to have cheated the bill. "This caused damage in the low five-figure euro range," the police reported on Thursday.

The suspects are two 34-year-old Germans. Further investigations are underway.
