Living space and its use are currently a hotly debated topic. Short-term rentals in particular are currently at the center of the debate. The City of Vienna is planning new regulations for short-term rentals in order to combat the housing shortage. This is now leading to disagreements among those affected. What is your position on this?

Stricter rules for short-term landlords have been in force in Vienna since the beginning of July: this type of rental is now only permitted for 90 days a year. What do you think of the new rules?
