Hiker sexually harassed by mountain biker

In the Murtal valley in Styria, a woman was sexually harassed by a previously unknown man on a hiking tour. The man apparently masturbated in front of the Styrian woman.

The incident on Knittelfeld's local mountain, Steinplan, took place on Sunday: A 59-year-old Styrian woman was approached by a mountain biker on the way back from her tour. A harmless small talk ensued, during which the man stated that he had seen the woman before in Spielberg. 

A few minutes later, however, the harmlessness was over: when the biker rode past the woman again, he asked her for water. When she gave him her water bottle, the man pulled down his cycling shorts and poured the water over his genitals and is said to have performed sexual acts on himself as a result. The woman had logically seen enough and walked away, the cyclist disappeared in an unknown direction.

Man spoke Styrian dialect
The 59-year-old then filed a report with the Knittelfeld police station. She described the perpetrator as being about 180 cm tall with a slim, athletic build. He spoke a Styrian dialect and possibly came from Spielberg - he was wearing a cycling helmet, black cycling shorts and striking blue-metallic sports shoes.
