Trump donated to Kamala Harris’ election campaign

Even before the election campaign between Biden's successor Kamala Harris and Donald Trump has really begun, the first bizarre details are already coming to light. US Democrat Jared Moskowitz revealed that Trump even donated 5,000 US dollars (around 4,600 euros) to his rival in 2011. 

At the time, Harris had reapplied for the office of Attorney General of California. According to a receipt published by Moskowitz on the short message platform X, Trump donated 5,000 dollars to the campaign of his now rival. Trump's daughter Ivanka also donated 1000 dollars (around 900 euros) to Harris' campaign in 2013 and 2000 dollars (around 1800 euros) in 2014.

However, in 2015, when Trump made his first run for the White House, Harris reportedly forwarded the sum of Trump donations to a charity organization. However, there is no evidence of this. 

However, these donations are not unusual. Before Trump made his candidacy for the Republicans public, he repeatedly donated to their political rivals. Particularly bizarre: Joe Biden also received a donation of 1,000 dollars from Trump in 2001 when he was running for senator.

Replacement for Biden
The 81-year-old Joe Biden withdrew from the election campaign on Sunday - according to information from government circles due to poor poll ratings.

Biden himself has suggested Harris as a possible replacement candidate, but the decision lies with the Democratic delegates. They will officially nominate their candidate for the election on November 5 in mid-August. However, it is expected that a replacement candidate for Biden will already be in place before then.
