Shocking discovery by a huntsman near Linden (Carinthia): A two-and-a-half-year-old mouflon ram was shot by a poacher. 

"It can't be a coincidence" - the local hunters are certain. Because almost to the day last year, a shot, wild mouflon ram was also discovered in the Keutschach hunting area. At that time in the St. Margarethen area. Now the shot, two-and-a-half-year-old animal was lying a few kilometers away in the Linden area.

According to the game warden, the unknown shooter was probably an expert - the shot was fired "cleanly behind the blade", as they say in hunting parlance. The Keutschach hunting club and colleagues in the surrounding area are not aware of any such shots being fired. Which is why the police are now also investigating poaching.
