Marko Arnautovic added his name to Austria's list of European Championship goalscorers with a 3:1 penalty against Poland. This was preceded by a foul by Poland goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny on Marcel Sabitzer.

Sabitzer was all alone on his way to Poland's goal in the 77th minute of the match when he was roughly brought down by Szczesny. The referee immediately pointed to the spot and Arnautovic took responsibility. And put the ball perfectly into the net ...

Austria's non-playing captain David Alaba couldn't stay on the pitch any longer, the Real defender screamed frenetically at his team-mate. It was to remain the final goal. Austria now have three points after two games. Rangnick's team will face the Netherlands on Tuesday.
