"Breakdown" in the grid

Power outage paralyzes Balkan states

A power outage on Friday paralyzed not only the whole of Montenegro, but also parts of the Balkan states of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania as well as parts of Croatia. 

According to the TV station N1, practically the entire territory of Montenegro was without power, and on the Croatian coast the islands and regions from Dubrovnik to Zadar were affected. In Bosnia's capital Sarajevo, streetcars came to a standstill.

Numerous cities, including Banja Luka and Mostar, were also affected. The exact cause of the outage was not yet known, but there was talk of a "breakdown" in the Montenegrin supply network.
