Three shark attacks in just two hours in Florida

Another shark attack has occurred in the USA: Within just two hours, three people were injured on a beach in Florida, one of them seriously. The authorities blame bull sharks for the attack.

First, a 45-year-old woman was attacked on the beach in Walton County on Friday, suffering bite wounds to her pelvic area and losing part of her left arm. Shortly afterwards, two teenagers were victims of another shark attack. One of the girls was seriously injured, the other suffered a bite wound to her foot.

"The shark was confused and mistook a human for its natural prey," said an expert on the tragic incident. The authorities also consider the attacks to be extremely unusual. Nevertheless, the beaches of Walton County have been closed until further notice.
