At 110 km/h through Graz: motorcycle taken down

The Graz police carried out a vehicle inspection on Wednesday afternoon: A motorcyclist had been speeding along Wiener Straße at over 110 km/h.

On Wednesday, Graz police officers carried out speed checks in Wiener Straße. At around 11.30 a.m., a motorcyclist was flashed at more than 110 km/h - the speed limit at this point is just 50 km/h. The officers were finally able to stop the man at Bahnhofgürtel. He stated that he had been late on his way to work.

His driver's license was confiscated on the spot and his motorcycle was also temporarily confiscated by order of the authorities.
