Trolleybus drivers receive social training

For many elderly and disabled people, the trolleybus is the only possible means of transportation. Salzburg Linien is therefore now training its bus drivers to meet the needs of this group of passengers.

Through the intensive exchange with experts and the practical part of the training, trolleybus drivers receive the necessary knowledge to offer an improved service. They learn how to make everyday life easier for older people and people with disabilities using simple means.

The training courses are offered by the City of Salzburg as part of the "From a different perspective" project. Most of the training experts are members of the City of Salzburg's Disability Advisory Council. The project is coordinated by the Salzburg Social Initiative.
