Nursing professions: How do you see the situation?

Adequate care for people in need of care is a relevant issue in every country. Austria is no exception. The lack of qualified workers combined with the increasing number of elderly people poses a major challenge. How do you assess the situation and what experiences have you had in this regard?

The working conditions in this profession do the rest: long working hours and a high stress level with low pay put many people off. In addition, care services are often underfunded, which means that the necessary care is not available to everyone at all times. In addition, despite their importance, care professions still receive little recognition. There are many problem areas that need to be solved.
