Motorcycle collided with car: biker’s life in danger

A motorcyclist (27) collided with a car in the Leopoldstadt district of Vienna on Saturday night. The 27-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries.

The collision occurred at around midnight at the junction of Engerthstraße and Holubstraße. While the 38-year-old car driver escaped physically unharmed, the motorcyclist was critically injured.

The man was taken to hospital by Vienna's professional ambulance service. Investigations into the exact circumstances of the accident are ongoing.
