"Market not enormous"
Will Inter sacrifice Arnautovic for a younger striker?
After the Scudetto party on Milan's Piazza del Duomo with his team-mates from champions Inter Milan, dark clouds are gathering on the horizon for striker Marko Arnautovic.
According to "Gazzetta dello Sport", Inter want to invest in young strikers and sacrifice the Austrian player, whose contract runs until 2025. However, the search for a club for the 35-year-old is proving difficult. "Because of his age and his salary, the market for Arnautovic is not enormous," wrote the paper.
Young striker wanted
Icelandic player Albert Gudmundsson, who is under contract with Genoa, is on the wish list of Inters coach Simone Inzaghi. French striker George Ilenikhena is a possible alternative. Bologna's star player and team-mate of Stefan Posch at FC Bologna, Joshua Zirkzee, is also in the Nerazzurri's sights.
Arnautovic moved from Bologna to Inter Milan at the start of the season. This is the player's second league title with Inter, having won his first in 2010 at the age of 21. Under Jose Mourinho, the Whites won the treble back then.
