Gloomy forecast
Schumacher: “Red Bull is falling apart!”
"Red Bull is falling apart," says former Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher. Especially because design genius Adrian Newey is now looking for a new job, according to British media reports he wants to leave the racing team.
"Adrian Newey needs harmony, he needs a good atmosphere," explained Schumacher on Sky. The Horner case is still present and the power struggle within the group continues. This was followed by speculation about Helmut Marko being sacked, which in turn could have led to the departure of Max Verstappen.
Newey the first domino?
And Newey now seems to have had enough. With his aerodynamics expertise, the 65-year-old has been instrumental in Sebastian Vettel's four world championship titles and Max Verstappen's three titles in recent years. Newey could be the first domino to fall at Red Bull. According to Schumacher, Verstappen is also "already thinking about" leaving the team, "as is Dr. Helmut Marko, if you watch him like that."
I give Red Bull two more years and if they continue to hold on to Horner, then the team will sink into mediocrity. I'm pretty sure of that.

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff is keen to sign Verstappen, as he has repeatedly emphasized in public recently.
Schumacher ventured a gloomy prediction: "I give Red Bull another two years and if they continue to hold on to Horner, then the team will sink into mediocrity. I'm pretty sure of that."
Next weekend, Red Bull wants to impress again with its performance. The Miami Grand Prix is on the agenda on May 5.
