Vienna’s Austria remains a mystery rally
Bad luck? Weak referees? Pure naivety? Lack of class to thwart deep-lying opponents? Too few so-called difference players? The multi-part Austria series entitled "How not to win games" offers many starting points.
The fact is that coach Michael Wimmer and his players were perplexed and stunned after the 2:2 draw against Altach. "It feels like we've lost 3-0," said captain Manfred Fischer.
