After 0:3 and marathon, Austria awaits again
On Tuesday (18:30), WSG Tirol will once again face Vienna's Austria in the Bundesliga, just three days after the 3-0 defeat in Vienna. Coach Thomas Silberberger's team must present itself differently in the home game.
Thomas Silberberger switched off on Sunday. After the bitter 35 minutes in the first half of the match against Vienna Austria, the coach stayed in Vienna because he was invited to "Talk & Tore" on Sky TV that evening. "I watched the marathon and was at the finish line in front of the Burgtheater," he said. He hadn't watched the game again. It was still a good memory.

"Just rotate a bit"
He will have to do without Diarra on Tuesday due to his fifth yellow card. "I'll just rotate a bit, change one or two positions," said Silberberger. Also so that WSG can get the quick short passing game of the Violets under control. "We have to learn the lessons from this. Austria won't change anything," said the coach, for whom the last five games in the qualifying group are also a small farewell tour. "It doesn't do anything to me, it's not in my head," he said.
It counts against Lustenau
Instead, the probably decisive home game next Saturday against Austria Lustenau. If the Vorarlberg side only pick up one point against Wolfsberg on Tuesday, the Tyroleans could say goodbye to the relegation battle. "Then we have it in our own hands," nodded the WSG coach: "Then we can cross the finish line and enjoy the remaining games."
