On Saturday night, a Pole was drunk and driving a stolen motorcycle in the city center of Innsbruck. The 33-year-old suspect was pursued by the police after disregarding signs to stop. He was eventually stopped.
Due to various traffic offenses, the 33-year-old was targeted by a police patrol in Innsbruck's Museumstraße. The officers wanted to pull the motorcyclist out of traffic. However, he was clearly not in the mood for a stop and disregarded all signs to pull over.
Motorcycle stolen during burglary
The biker wanted to make off. The patrol took up the chase and was finally able to stop him in Ing. In the course of the check, it turned out that the motorcycle used had been stolen during a burglary in Innsbruck.
A breathalyzer test carried out on the 33-year-old was positive.
