Shots fired at block party in USA: two dead

In the city of Memphis in the US state of Tennessee, two people were killed by gunfire at a party in a block of houses on Saturday (local time).

According to the latest information from the police on Platform X, there are also six people injured, one of whom is still in a critical condition. Initially, the police had even assumed that 14 people were injured. Two suspects are being sought.

According to the police, 200 to 300 people took part in the unauthorized party in a block of houses. "We believe there are at least two people who fired weapons in this incident," Cerelyn Davis, Memphis' interim police chief, told CBS News.
