How much salary would you need to be happy?

In a recent survey, almost 90 percent of ground staff rejected the collective bargaining offer of the AUA union vida. New strikes may now be on the cards. We would like to know from our readers how much you have to earn in order to make ends meet and still have money available for leisure time or hobbies? 

Are you personally satisfied with your salary or do you feel underpaid and disadvantaged? Is money perhaps not as important to you as a good atmosphere at work and nice colleagues? What ideas or tips do you have to make the situation in the world of work (financially) better for employees?
