Proud mom: Jolie gushes so sweetly about Vivienne

Angelina Jolie's red carpet appearances have become rather rare in recent years. But the actress didn't miss out on this moment: On Thursday evening, the 48-year-old attended the premiere of the musical "The Outsiders" on Broadway with her youngest daughter Vivienne. And for good reason.

Because Angelina Jolie was on board as a producer for the play. In reality, however, her 15-year-old daughter is the real "theater head" in the family, the Oscar winner revealed in an interview with "People" magazine.

"Tough assistant"
"Really. She corrects me. She says: 'Didn't you read the memo? We have to do this, we have to take care of this'," Jolie smiled, visibly proud of her dedicated daughter.

She added: "She's a really tough assistant. She takes it very, very seriously."

Jolie, who wore a gold dress with a brown cape over it that evening, not only posed with the cast of her musical, but of course also proudly posed with her daughter for the photographers on the red carpet.

New revelations in court
For mom and daughter, the premiere evening was probably also a welcome distraction from the never-ending battles with Brad Pitt in court.

Just recently, the actress's lawyers in the dispute over the French Miraval winery made it public that Jolie had probably been abused by Pitt long before the incident on the jet in 2016.
