Twice weekly flights to Madrid from winter

Spain's largest airline is setting up camp in Salzburg. From November 30th, there will be the opportunity to fly to Madrid twice a week during the winter season.

Every Wednesday and Saturday it will be possible to take off from Salzburg to the Spanish capital or return to Salzburg from the Iberian Peninsula.

The distance from Madrid-Barajas Airport to the city center is 18 kilometers. "For a short city trip, it's ideal to fly out on Wednesday and return home on Saturday," says Salzburg Airport boss Bettina Ganghofer.
