TSG Hoffenheim celebrated their tenth win of the season in the German Bundesliga on Sunday. The team led by Austrian international Florian Grillitsch won the home match against FC Augsburg 3:1 (2:0). Wout Weghorst (17') and Andrej Kramaric (20') put the hosts on the road to victory with a double strike. Ermedin Demirovic (61) pulled one back for FCA, but Ihlas Bebou made sure of the final decision late on (90).
It was Augsburg's first defeat since mid-February. Bayern (36) are level on points with Hoffenheim in seventh place in the table and are currently six points off a place in the European Cup. The 28th round will be completed this evening with the home debut of new Wolfsburg coach Ralph Hasenhüttl against Borussia Mönchengladbach.
